Prevention: Take Magnesium, Calcium and Boron (All are contained in Synerpro Calcium) with your daily Vitamin B-6 and lots of purified water. Adding Hydrangea (2-4 caps daily) will break down the stones so you can pass them as they form, thus preventing an attack.
To pass a Kidney Stone: Take JP-X or Hydrangea (8 capsules) and 4 Marshmallow capsules with 1/4 cup lemon juice 4 times a day.
